This former old care home, this impressive Victorian property has been completely reimagined into a beautiful eight-bedroom family home, carefully designed to honor its heritage while delivering modern, high-end living.
From the outset, our aim was to modernise the property without losing its Victorian character. The décor takes clear cues from the home’s original era, updated with a refined, contemporary edge. High-quality materials and carefully considered finishes were used throughout to create a timeless look that feels both elegant and welcoming.

A standout detail is the use of black and white tiled flooring — a subtle nod to the building’s Victorian roots, reintroduced in a way that feels fresh and relevant for modern family life.
Internally, the home has been thoughtfully laid out to balance sociable. there are open areas for entertaining with quiet corners for rest and relaxation. Generous living spaces flow naturally, making the house ideal for hosting friends and family. Rooms such as the library and drawing room provide calm retreats away from the bustle of daily life.
Every space prioritises comfort, flow, and functionality. The home adapts effortlessly to different moments and moods.
The transformation goes beyond the interior. The exterior is just as striking and makes the most of its coastal setting.
